Bio
Alyson is a native New Yorker born in Staten Island, who relocated to Durham, North Carolina in 1994. She felt an immediate connection to the area, and as a result is well versed with both the local area and housing markets.
She has seen the dynamic growth of the Triangle Area over the years and understands her client’s needs and wants. Alyson brings to the team over eight years of an advanced level of customer service support and two years of proficiency working with new home builders, which translates nicely into her “work hard or go home” philosophy. Her clients are confident, knowing that she will use all resources to find that perfect home at the perfect price.
Alyson is an avid beach goer and lover of just about any outdoor activity, such as hiking in the North Carolina mountains or king fishing off the Carolina coast. She’s very health conscious, and regularly practices yoga and gymnastics. She has two wonderful fur babies, an Akita named Jager and rescue kitten from hurricane Florence – Stolie. Alyson also frequently volunteers in her community with Habitat for Humanity and has managed a junior varsity basketball team at Riverside High School. She has a passion for real estate and will work tirelessly on her client’s behalf to negotiate the best terms possible.
