Bio
Born in Havana, Cuba, I arrived in the United States in the 1960’s with my parents and little sister. We made Miami, Florida our new home for many years. When I married a military man, I lived in Germany for a year and then moved to Fort Hood Texas, where my first child was born. I now have 3 beautiful grown children, and two grandchildren.
In 2002, my family and I moved to Raleigh, away from the overly crowded Miami and to a fresh start in North Carolina. It’s now been 21 years and we love it here.
I have had my Real Estate license in North Carolina for 20 years and have worked in many different areas of real estate, from real estate paralegal to property management and property sales. I am bilingual, English/Spanish, and a notary for the State of North Carolina.

Block & Associates has been great so far. Checked them out based on a recommendation from a friend, and we are glad we did. We met with Gwen who explained everything in great detail and answered our questions. Her approach and customer service made the decision to choose Block easy. During the application process, Gwen was always available via phone or text, and called back quickly and provided sound advice during the lease up process. Dinorah (property manager) has been wonderful as well. We are looking forward to working with them.
