Katy Conway graduated from Barton College in 2013 with dual bachelor’s degrees in Business Management and Human Resources, and then acquired her master’s degree in Leadership and Development from Liberty University in 2015. Katy has been an active member of the property management industry since 2013. Starting her career in affordable multifamily housing, she has served as both a Property Manager and Portfolio Manager, overseeing assets and communities throughout the Southeast. She has managed adaptive reuse communities, rural development and LIHTC assets and has led both rehabilitation projects and new construction lease ups. With a proven track record in working with owners, residents, and vendors in tandem to ensure profitability and asset preservation, she joined Block & Associates Realty in May 2022. Katy’s expertise has her working with Homeowners Associations (HOAs) in the Fayetteville area.
