As a dedicated and accomplished property management professional with over 15 years of experience, Kira specializes in multi-family, new construction, and residential properties. As a proud military family member, Kira was born in Fayetteville, NC and grew up in Japan, giving her a unique background that has shaped her approach to communication and problem-solving. Her expertise includes meticulous budget management, proactive property maintenance, and exceptional tenant relations.
She is proud to have been recognized for her work, including receiving the Property Manager of the Year award from the Greater Fayetteville Apartment Association (GFAA). She also holds her NC Brokers license, NC Notary, and CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) designations. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with family and traveling.
