Laura Sokolowski has been licensed Real Estate Broker for over 12 years and has extensive selling, leasing and property management experience of single family homes. She arrived in North Carolina 8 years ago with her husband and 2 kids after spending most of her life in New Jersey.
Laura enjoys traveling with her family, going to the beach and reading. She also enjoys spending time with her 3 adopted dogs. She likes to volunteer in her community and has been a Guardian ad Litem for Wake County.
Laura’s responsibilities
Laura is a member of our resident experience team. She administers any requests for service that come in from our residents. She mediates the relationship between vendor, owner and resident to ensure efficiency in our operation and a truly rewarding resident experience. Most importantly, she ensures needs are completed in a timely manner ultimately leading to the continued preservation of our owners’ assets.
