Lori Olszewski Insurance Coordinator
Lori moved to the Raleigh area over 30 years ago and raised her now adult children. Lori has had many career opportunities through the years. Through these opportunities she has extensive experience in administrative positions from legal, medical, sales, apartment leasing and property management. She returned to property management with Block & Associates in a unique position allowing her to use her experience with residential leasing and management combined with her knowledge of insurance.
As the Administrative Assistant to our Property Management Team, Lori is your contact for any renter’s insurance questions. She reviews documents to ensure your policy meets Block’s required guidelines per your lease and checks for policies that need to be updated. Utility billing, scheduling move-out connections and verifying move-in transfers to tenant accounts, are her priority focus. As a team player, Lori O. is often called upon for support in multiple roles for our Property Coordinators and our in-house maintenance needs.
