As a renter, I had a great experience working with Biz LaFon at Block & Associates. She was very responsive and helpful, and she seemed to be working hard to get me into the best possible situation while also clearly looking out for the best interest of the landlords. We had a lot of back and forth to work out the kinks of the lease, and Biz was on top of it and patient through it all. All of the maintenance that was promised pre-move in was completed, and she even went out of her way to help me get first month’s rent to her in a convenient way when I was arriving with a U-haul truck and a cat from California. I’ll keep track of how maintenance requests, etc. are handled and update if necessary, but as of now, all seems to be running smoothly, and I couldn’t be happier at my new house. Thanks Biz!
