We have worked with MANY property management companies from owning our own rental property to being renters ourselves, and have never worked with a company that was so kind and professional. They were quick to respond and worked with us to get in the home we wanted. They have made our transition to the Durham area so smooth and a lot less stressful. Jeff Stoker is a great agent and so friendly and prompt with his responses. He was very knowledgeable about the properties and was honest if he didn’t know the answer to a question, but worked hard to find out the answer in a quick and efficient manner. I highly recommend this company as a renter! Even their rental process is easy and payments every month can be made online. We definitely give them an A+!
