My wife and I were extremely pleased with Cornell Ray from Block & Associates Realty. We recently relocated here from Boston and have been searching for a new rental home for several months. It has been a big culture shock here with the speed, professionalism and support you get from Realtors here versus Boston. A number of property management companies and realtors are closed on weekends, don’t return calls or emails and are generally just unprofessional compared to what we’re used to. Cornell was a breath of fresh air. He was incredibly responsive, attentive to our needs, professional, a clear communicator and really sought a win/win experience for us and the homeowners. It was very unusual in a positive way that he took as much care and pride in helping support us – especially considering this is a rental and not a home purchase.
