Bio
Originally from Long Island, New York, Rae has made the Triangle her home since 2015. Rae was a legal secretary in New York for 10 years before becoming a stay at home mom to her three children. She began her career as an agent’s assistant at Block and later joined the Property Management Team at Block in 2019. She enjoys working with people and helping out wherever she can. Rae enjoys camping, hiking, travel and spending time at the lake with her family.
Rae’s responsibilities
Rae is the management company’s property operations manager. She is responsible for much of the day-to-day auditing of the PM department and their activities. Rae is responsible for rent collections. In the unfortunate incidence where a tenant fails to pay rent, Rae will guide you through the eviction process until we have regained possession of your home. Rae also oversees vacant management in between tenancies. Rae serves as the final liaison between the property management team and accounting.
