Bio
Since 1992, Cheryl has been working as a professional in the property management field. She has earned multiple accreditations with the Institute of Real Estate Management, and has previously overseen the operations of 27,000 rental units in North and South Carolina as well as Georgia. Cheryl is also the subgroup leader with the North Carolina Real Estate Investors Association, which offers statewide real estate investing education and resources. Over the last three decades, Cheryl has developed relationships with many successful investor clients and continues to maintain these working relationships to develop their portfolios. She adds value to our team while promoting high standards of ethics and a positive influence in our developing community. She has a high level of service and devotion to her clients and will continue to do so for years to come. Much of Cheryl’s business comes from word of mouth referrals, as her clients admire her straightforward and transparent approach.
Additionally, Cheryl has completed over 500 (five hundred) property flip/turnovers, successfully maintaining timeline and profits, and minimizing liability to reach our client’s common goals.
Cheryl obtained her undergraduate degree from Bridgewater State University and her master’s degree from Bentley University. When Cheryl is not working, she is most likely renovating her latest passion project or spending time with her family.
