Clyde Thompson is a property manager with Block Realty and is based out of the Cary location. He consults with property owners to help them maximize their property’s potential – with the goal of attracting and retaining the best possible tenants to yield the highest ROI. His meticulous attention to detail stems from his 15+ years as a prototype machinist and quality inspector in the aerospace industry, he applies the same dedication and results-driven, detail focused approach to each and every home in his care.
To optimize each property’s potential, Clyde manages daily property monitoring, resolves HOA issues to keep our owner’s properties in compliance with the HOA covenants, supervises tenant move-in and move-out procedures, and manages property renovations and repairs as needed. His goal is to create the best possible experience for property owners and tenants alike.
Clyde is a Durham, NC native and proud dog dad to his young pup, Brutus. He enjoys cooking, all things bourbon, traveling with his wife and is an avid F1 fan. If you like to talk about cars and homes, Clyde is your guy!
