Bio

Petra Zender is the property coordinator for our Sandhills division. She brings with her 6 years of property management experience and over 20 years of administration and overall management experience. Her wealth of discipline and attention to detail stem from a military family background. As we continue to expand and grow the Sandhills market, her many professional relationships within the Sandhills area will prove beneficial to all our Landlords.

Petra is a proud mother of 3 and a grandmother of 2; she has called North Carolina her home since 2006. She loves to cook, enjoys nature, volunteering in the community, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Petra is a member of our turn team and is responsible for the coordination of the “make-ready” of vacant homes. She communicates with our preferred vendors on turn needs ensuring our owners get the high-quality work their homes deserve. She also administers any request for service that comes in from our residents. She mediates the relationship between vendor, owner and resident to ensure efficiency in our operation and a truly rewarding resident experience. Most importantly, she ensures needs are completed in a timely manner ultimately leading to the continued preservation of our owners’ assets.
